72ss1.jpg (44786 bytes) 1972 Chevelle SS350, with a big block 402 (only 2400 miles on it).  106K miles.  Original code 65 Flame Orange color.  Bucket seats with console, tilt, AC, PS, PDB, and a Build Sheet.  This was lady-owned for the last 21 years, and I'm the 3rd owner as of 3/6/04.  This one is a keeper.
  The name says it all.
  The interior was completely redone.
19_3.jpg (84470 bytes) The 402 only had a couple thousand miles on it when I bought the car. It runs strong, and with the 2.73 stock posi gears, it will cruise 75mph down the freeway at only 2500 rpm. Amazingly, it gets 16mpg. (This is an old picture from before I owned it, and has the incorrect grille moldings and lenses.)
buildsheet.jpg (60526 bytes) Here's the build sheet.  It was originally sold in Nebraska, so now it's back in its home state again.  I've spoken with the original owner and he remembers the car well.  He sold it to Ronnie for $1000 back then.  Man, have prices increased for muscle cars since!
buildsheet2.jpg (49407 bytes) 3/26/04.  Ronnie e-mailed me that she found the 2nd build sheet that she thought she had lost.  Having 2 build sheets is pretty rare.  Most of them got thrown away years ago by the owner or at the factory.
